Master Sliders not loading in Google Chrome

    Hi,

    Just recently after updating to WordPress 4.7.1, all Master Sliders on my website have stopped working in the Chrome web browser. These sliders all work fine in Safari. But seeing as Chrome is such a major browser, I need it to work when clients view my site through Google Chrome as well.

    There is a slider that should load right at the very top of the page, and one that loads a little further down past the pricing tables. Both of them are continuously stuck on their loading circles..

    facing the same prob. Works on safari but not on chrome or mozilla

    I checked your site and it works fine on my chrome on windows 10.
    May I ask you what OS are you using that has this issue?

    Works on chrome on mobile but not on desktop

    Hi Averta support,

    I just checked my website today, and magically the sliders are working again.. Strange.

    I was using MacOS – Sierra
    Using the latest version of Google Chrome.

    My website was doing the exact same thing as @anupshau’s site is doing now.
    If you could continue helping him out, I’d still love to hear the solution just in case the same thing happens again. 🙂

    @averta any update on the issue… Today it has stopped working on chrome mobile too

    Hi @anupsahu

    I checked the page, but I could not able to find any instance of Master Slider in the page. Also as I checked the console, it seems there is a JS error somewhere in the page, please note that you need to fix the js error to make sure that the slider initializes correctly.
