Master Slider with next/previous images

I’d like to add a shadowed image on each side of the main slide, showing the previous and next image in the slideshow. I haven’t been able to find a slideshow that will do this, so maybe it is very difficult? I am mostly just looking for someone to tell me if it is doable, particularly if I am not a serious programmer.
