massive limitations

This plugin is limited in a lot of basics which other plugins can handle since the very first version.

For example this plugin do not support a extra column to see which order have an gift card voucher code. Its also not possible to see if the voucher code in order details is an gift card or not.

There is also no option in settings to create all gift card voucher codes with an prefix or sufix without custom code/snippet.

And the export of the gift cards voucher codes do not show you:
in which order this voucher code is used?

Support also confirmed:
“You would need to check individual orders manually to see whether a gift card was redeemed. Additionally, on the order details page, the applied gift card code appears similar to a regular coupon code.”

This limitations we have found after using this plugin 20 minutes. The support confirmed the problems/limitations.

This plugin is very limited if you see how many users are using it and how long its already on the market. It shoud have all that basics of the gift card business. We switched to another gift card plugin which can handle all that basics for years already…
