Also if you could provide us with any relevant screenshots and videos that would be great! You can use a service (Dropbox, Drive, Imgur, CloudUp, YouTube, etc…) and post a link to your screenshot or video.
That said, I’m pretty sure you have a paid product with us, so if you would like to submit support ticket about this at https://lifterlms.com/my-account/my-tickets that will be the best way for you to get support from us! As the forums are for users of the free plugin.
However, that said we are happy to look at this issue here if you would prefer!
