mapping plugin

Hey there, I looked through the mapping plugins and didn’t see what I’m looking for, but perhaps I didn’t use the right terms. What I need is a plugin that will take a city, state text – like “Baltimore, Maryland” and make it a link that – when clicked on – will show a map of Baltimore. I don’t want the maps to show unless the link is clicked. The page would have a number of places on it, so a number of visible maps at the same time won’t work.

Any suggestions?
