    Hi,

Back in January, I received an email from Thunderforest saying “I’ve exceeded my quota of 150,000 requests per month, and need to update to a paid account”. Having previously used the plugin “WP GPX Maps” I never exceeded the quota amount. My site traffic hasn’t grown so I’m just wondering if it is something to do with the caching of the map tiles when using “WP GPX Maps”.

Thanks a lot for the help hupe13.

I do not know. Thunderforest requires a key. This is realized with providers. You need to configure it in the admin interface /wp-admin/admin.php?page=extensions-leaflet-map&tab=tilesproviders

I have looked at the code from wp-gpx-maps. I think the caching only affects the gpx files not the tiles.

OK, thanks for looking into it anyway.

    Keep up the great work!
