In my event, does not appear the “details” (is blank) and the map (below), also does not appear, even when activated (in the settings and in post).

It looks like some custom templates in your theme need to be updated.
That is unfortunately, beyond the support we can provide.
I would like in your theme directory here:
yourtheme/tribe-events/
As well as contact your theme developer for help getting the latest custom templates in place.

Sorry there is nothing we can do to fix custom templates. Your best bet is the theme developer, beyond that we do not know what the issue is.
