• I purchased the developer version, and I cannot get anything to work correctly. My version (10) doesn’t seem to match the version in the help videos so they aren’t of any help. My media gallery to choose files to add to a portfolio doesn’t work like the screenshots either.

    in order to add an image to a porfolio i have to manually add a link URL… and cannot add multiple images at one time… have to add each image individually.

    also, the READ MORE button hides the description.

    I’ve sent emails to the HUGE-IT support email address but have yet to hear anything from anyone. Did i just waste $100?

    I am about to down rate this plugin in the repository… there are much better plugins that have much faster response to issues/bugs. I can’t have a plugin that doesn’t work activated on my site… I’d like some kind of resolution as quickly as possible, even if it is just to tell me you have no idea whats wrong.

    Errors that you have can appear due to different problems which we should find out: conflict or js errors. I hope you sent your page link to our developers so they could help you quickly )
