Many conflicts

If I need to update any plugin, including itself, I need to disable it because gives error in admin-ajax.php.
If I need to add a new item in nav_menu, I need to disable it because gives an error in admin-ajax.php.
If I need to edit a page or post, I need to disable it because gives an error in admin-ajax.php
It has a great interface, but gives a lot of conflict.
