Forminator does not have an out-of-the-box solution that can help with auto-generating a password during the registration process.
What you are looking for might be possible with some custom coding. I am afraid that providing custom code is out of the support scope we provide here. For that, you’ll need to hire a developer to provide the required custom code for you. WordPress provides a jobs directory here https://jobs.wordpress.net/.
