    Hi, when I add a manual order to a client even though i select the payment method it does create a payment link, it sends the ” New order email notification manually sent.” when you click on the pay for this order link then it says: “This order cannot be paid for. Please contact us if you need assistance” help please

    Just to check, is the customer whose details you manually added to the order a guest or a registered user on the site?

    * If it’s a guest, then anyone with the payment link should be able to pay.
    * If it’s a registered user, then they’re the only ones who’ll be able to access the payment page using the link. This is likely the case given the explanation you’ve given. You can switch to this user using plugins such as User Switching to be able to access the payment link.
