Manual Block IP is not working

Wordfence Security Version 6.1.8

Hi,
I can’t manual block some IP’s i want.
I am using Wordfence Security Version 6.1.8 on 6 sites and i have the same problem on all of them.
Every time i insert a Manual IP and press the “Manually block IP” i see the “Wordfence is working” symbol on the right cornet for 2-3 seconds and after that nothing happen.
I can’t even see the IP’s i block in the past.
Even the emails i receive from Wordfence the last weeks are not working like they should be.
I receive the emails like in the past but without content, for example:
Title: “User locked out from signing in”
Email content: just a file with the name:”untiledundefined (1.1B)”
