• Hi,

I’m new to this plugin. I have just launched a website where I would like to display galleries and pictures in the posts, and all of the pictures used would have creative commons license.
I think it would be fair recognize the authors of the picture and mention the license when people see the picture.
How can I do that? Is there any fields I can fill in so the author data are shown when the picture is shown at least in the gallery?
Any suggestions on what are the best practices to manage the creative commons copyrights? Can a plugin like Credit Tracker be enough and work with NextGen?
    Thanks

  • @marcomancosu Have you tried caption template? It will show the content of description field in the gallery.
You might also find useful watermark, but this depends on how many different credits do you have.

@marcomancosu – As @tizz suggested, you have those options available. If you are using the Basic ImageBrowser Gallery display type you also have its EXIF template which is especially useful if the copyright details are already embedded into the image itself.

Just another option to consider …

    Thanks!
