• Hi,

Sorry for posting such a superfluous subject, but I am having trouble finding a solution for my problem, and I need help at least to know where to look.

I have to manage a little team of 5 salesmen. I want them to log in the website and just fill a daily sales report with the visits they have done.

Is there any plugin with this function? I have seen may CRMs, but every single one of them seem to be prepared for use by one person, (or at least everyone who uses it sees all the information, no limits)

The more complex ones out there are way too complicated for what I want, and may complicate the process.

In the end, what I just need is a form filled by the salesman so I can have a monthly report of the visits done, associated to a customer, so I can also check the History of the customer… if that makes sense.

I can see a couple of ways of doing this. The easiest for me would be to use Formidable Pro to provide a form to capture data. I’m not sure if I’d then save each form result in a custom post type (where “customer” and “salesman” are both taxonomies) or use the native “view” capability of that plugin to produce the reports you want. And I’d use the “members” plugin to make the website private.
