Manage houndres pdf files

    Hi everybody.
    I’d like to manage houndreds (about 8000) of pdf files on my wordpress site. The need is to make a page called “downloads” where user can view these files categorized.
    I’ve already tried some plugins, also paid, but when I call the page, it takes several minutes to show results. I think the problem is on the results pagination, because the system tries to execute concatenated queries.

    Does anyone have any ideas on how to resolve my problem?
