Malware issue

I’ve been told that I have Malware on my site (I checked via a link sent through to a site that tests for it) so I downloaded anti-malware plugin, however that’s not displaying any issues!

When you type the name of my site in to Google, the description has info about Loans, however that’s nothing to do with my business.

I’m just looking for a plugin that will resolve this issue, or advice on what to do.
