malicious code not found

i ran malware scan,

it then said it found malicious code in th .htaccess file

Line 51: setcookie

Line 52: setcookie

Line 148: base64_decode

May be used to obfuscate and hinder detection of malicious code. Pairing with eval function indicates malicious code.

i looked at the .htaccess file and that coe wasnt even in the file, there is no line 148 in .htaccess file, so why is this, where is this malicious code or is it a error.
