install the plugin “better search replace”. In all tables, search for http://example.com and replace with https://example.com.

Thanks I will take a look at that.

I have seen in Settings > General that the domain has http://

    Should I change this to https:// ?

I know before when I changed the URL in there on another website that the whole site broke and I had to update database entries etc.

    Thanks

When you run the search/replace, it will take care of changing that option, as well.

Thanks, I have installed the plugin and run it, but I’m still getting errors saying there are images using http

I left this option unchecked when running the search:

“Replace GUIDs? If left unchecked, all database columns titled ‘guid’ will be skipped.”

    Should I check this box?

    Thanks

Don’t change the GUIDs — that’s not necessary — but make sure you unchecked the “dry run” box.

If that doesn’t fix it, please provide a link to a page on your site where we can see this. Thanks.
