Making unconfirmed users confirmed

    Hey, i have 2 matters-
    I’ve been through documentation and yet to find an explanation/ solution to this.
    I had a sebscribers base already
    I installed MailPoet3 appropriately (i suppose)
    All my old subscribers are showing as “unconfirmed”
    My confirmation by Email setting is set to disable.

    How do i make them confirmed? do i even need to in order for them to receive Emails?

    The second thing is regarding the integration of the sign up page.
    Im using Memberpress,
    I want to add the newsletter button to that page,
    How is it done?

    Hi there @thewave22,

    You should be able to change the status of your subscribers to Subscribed by importing them with a CSV file and making sure the following settings are set to “Subscribed“:

    Note though that if you didn’t get explicit consent from your subscribers or if you got their consent more than a year ago it’s very likely that many addresses will be invalid or no longer want to receive emails.

    I strongly recommend reviewing our Checklist Before Importing Subscribers.

    This question will be better addressed by the MemberPress support team as the integrations is developed by them.
