  • Thanks for this feedback, Norbert – it is definitely not falling on deaf ears. We did indeed have some bugs in 3.1 (which was a huge update) and have gotten reports that a few – specific to tags, for the most part based on what I’ve seen – slipped through in 3.2 as well. We are definitely working to improve our QA process so these things don’t slip through…as you noted, we’re doing a lot under-the-hood which is leading to new features/changes, but in the short-term it’s also creating some pain points for users such as yourself.

    Know that this is something we’re actively looking to improve on, to minimize the number of bugs that slip through with each build. While it’s unlikely we’ll ever release a plugin / version that is 100% bug free, you have our word that we are fine-tuning our systems to minimize bugs to the greatest extent possible.

    Thanks again for your feedback and for the review. Hopefully you’ll see improvements over the next few releases and we’ll be able to work our way back – in your eyes – to 5-star territory 🙂
