Making Staging Site Live Without Pro Using DreamHost

I’ve been working on a staging site for a business that required extensive changes to their website. However, I didn’t realize at first that Pro version was required to push the changes to the live site. The people I’m working with can’t afford a Pro subscription. Is there another way to make the staging site live without the Pro version? Their hosting service is DreamHost.

Oh, my clients really can’t afford the Pro version. I can’t approach Pro sales on their behalf because there is no chance that they could pay for it. I just need to know the steps to make the staging site live for a WordPress site hosted through Dreamhost without using the Pro version. Seriously, there is no chance that they could or would purchase the Pro version.
