    Hi,

we’ve had help of a web developer in creating our webshop, but we have stopped working with him and haven’t gotten a hold of him regarding this issue.

I have finished setting up thp shop and wanted to publish it. I then noticed that the shop page has actually been published all along but it cannot be accessed by anyone? Only I as an admin can access it when I am logged into the backend.

I cannot find a plugin that hides the shop until it’s ready that I could deactivate..

Does anybody have an idea what to do?

Thank you all in advance and best regards,

    Lisa

  • Hello Lisa,

Thank you for including the link. When I tried to open it, I was redirected to the home page. Is that what you’re running into?

If so it could be that the site has a function that redirects logged out users to the home page. You could go to the Plugins section of your dashboard and see if any of those mention redirection in the name/description. If you see one, it could the source of this.

You may want to get back in touch with the developer that set this up. They likely know exactly where this is set and could help you out.

    Cheers
