Make logo size smaller

I have tried all the different CSS code in the forum but can’t make my logo size smaller.

I have a square logo so putting it in as a header image doesn’t work.

I have resized the image so it is small.

But how can I make the logo size smaller?

Any help would be great or a link to a post I may have missed.
