make lms tutor mobile friendly

I am using lms more than 3 year. but now most of the user are on mobile

First: pls make lms mobile Friendly.

second: latest update not showing quiz attempt properly in mobile devices & now most of the user are using mobile phone. I rolled back the updated for now. pls i am requesting make mobile friendly. but still i gave 5 star. because i know team is butting so much efforts.
