Make link text larger in footer

Hi all,

This may be a simple fix but for whatever reason when I put a rule for the a for the links it does not effect the correct links. I have some links within the footer for people to click to mail my client and the font size has decreased. I would like it to be similar to the rest of the text, so does anyone know how to increase the link font size?
