    Hello!
I just put a header image on my site and I noticed that when I hover over the image with my cursor the image goes bright to indicate that it’s clickable. I do want the header to be clickable so that’s fine in itself, but I don’t want the image to go bright when it’s hovered over. How do I change this?
    Regards.

HAhahah, no really. Doesn’t anyone know about this? This has got to be a pretty simple thing to fix since I’ve seen endless wordpress blogs where the banner/header doesn’t respond to being hovered over. I just have a hard time searching for help on this issue since I’m not a native speaker and is unfamiliar if there’s a better word/expression for this phenomena than “image goes bright when hovered over to indicate that it’s clickable”. If someone could just tell me what this is called at least then that would be very helpful. As of now these forums are all I have to turn to.
