Make custom get requests to custom page plugin

    As English is not my primary language I will explain my self using an example. I want to findout if there is a plugin or any resources how to create one which does the following
    There is an input field where the user will put there a code a get request is triggered with the input as a get parameter and some results appear according to the get parameter. Something Like the following

    Is it possible with an existing plugin? I have to say I am python django developer ( 😉 ) so if I have to make a plugin my self I would like to some good resources on that. Thank you in advance
