Make cache work with a cookie based popup

    I want to use a plug in (ITRO Popup) to urge users to like our Facebook Fan Pages, but I don’t want to have it load on every post and link the users open. That’s why the plugin shows the popup only to users that haven’t seen it in the last 300 hours. It determines that using cookies.

    But when I active WP Super Cache with this plugin, displaying the popup becomes random and it gets desplayed for some pages and doesn’t for others, but there is no way to control it. Is there a way to fix this behavior and have both plugins work alongside each other?
