Make a widget from a page

Is anyone out there aware of a plugin that lets you create a widget from a page. For example say I made a page called “New” I would like to save this as a widget so it can be placed into the various areas (header, footer, content ect…) on my widget page.

I have no idea what terms I should be searching for I’ve tried about everything I can think of but no luck yet. Any help would be…very helpful 🙂
