“make a post” sidebar widget ?

Hello,

Does anyone know of a way, or a plugin, that will allow me to put a sidebar widget that will allow people to do administrative things without having to log into wp-admin aka. the admin page?

I am making a non-profit site that allows users to post their thoughts, but I do not want them to have to log into the wp-admin screen to make a post because its complicated for lots of people.

Any thoughts?
