Make a list ?

Hi,

Im trying to make a list off games on my blog

Im my navigation i have Game List and when people click that i want the game list to appear but instead i get post list :/ And people have to click there to get to game list

Problem is that if i make a new page it wont show up on my navigation

Any ideas ?
