Major Problems with Installation

I’ve installed WP several times so I’m familiar with how to do it. However, this time I just can’t figure it out.

I get the following error messages ..

Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /content/StartupHostPlus/f/r/freetickets.org.uk/web/wp-config.php:1) in /content/StartupHostPlus/f/r/freetickets.org.uk/web/wp-login.php on line 12

Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /content/StartupHostPlus/f/r/freetickets.org.uk/web/wp-config.php:1) in /content/StartupHostPlus/f/r/freetickets.org.uk/web/wp-login.php on line 24

I also get this one when trying to login ..

ERROR: WordPress requires Cookies but your browser does not support them or they are blocked.

I use IE7 but the errors also show in Mozilla.
I’ve allowed All Cookies and it still gives a problem.
