Major Oops! Changed WP URL

Hi all,

I’m relatively new to WP. The hosting company installed WP in a folder so that the URL is domain.com/wordpress/.

In trying to rectify this, I stupidly edited the directory where WP was located under General Settings > WordPress address (URL). Now I can’t login. The host has reinstalled WP, but it did not fix the problem. When I go to the login page at domain.com/wordpress/wp-login.php and login, it sends me to domain.com/wp-login.php which does not exist.

Please help. It’s been a long day, and I would greatly appreciate some advice.
