Major bug with no support

I’m disappointed in this plugin because of a bug and lack of support. We were looking to use this on several sites and paying money for it, but will not be doing that anymore. When I am in my default language (English) and select English from the dropdown widget, it turns the language to Dutch. Obviously there is no need to change it to English when it’s already in English, but someone could accidentally hit English and change the whole site to Dutch. I contacted support on the WP forums over two weeks ago and still have heard nothing.
