Main site login redirect

I am setting up a free portfolio site creation platform for my university using WP Multisite.

I would like the users to be redirected to THEIR OWN SITE’s dashboard when they login using the login page of the main site..

http://spadelhi.org/login

Any ideas on how I can achieve this?
