Main Navigation Stopped Working?

Hi everyone. Thank you for helping in advance.

I’m not entirely sure exactly when or where I was when the main navigation menu stopped directing me to the pages when you click on them, but now, it just refreshes the main page. Obviously unnacceptable.

I’m totally lost for words, and I have no idea how to fix this.

The only two things that I think MIGHT have caused this, (which have since been reset to when it worked properly, to no success)
Playing withe the page child vs parent attributes
Changing the permalink settings.

I don’t even know how to diagnose this issue, let alone fix it.
