I’m pretty sure that won’t fit on one line, especially across smaller devices. What’s your compromise?
Quick fix… Change the ‘Who We Are’ to ‘About’ and maybe throw the ‘What We do’ under that into the drop down.
More involved fix… Use CSS to widen the space available for the menu or tighten up the spacing used for the menu items.
Another idea might be to ask your designer to fix that for you or help you fix it.

It took me five minutes to track down what state and capital your site covers. Maybe you’ll want to mention that somewhere on your page.
Also, it looks like you might own the dot com version of your domain… if so I’d get that set to point to the website and use the dot net for something like maybe the email, maybe some utilities, DNS maybe, and possibly a ‘deeper’, more involved members area in the future.
It seems odd to me to bounce the dot com off of Weebly and into a dot net website.
Maybe I’m wrong but Dot Com is King around here where I’m at.
