Main menu, Submenu

Hello, some help please. I have a main menu button with submenu items, and I want the main menu button to go to a submenu page, so that the main menu button is not itself a page.
For instance,in the example below, the Cars button would go to Overview of Cars (instead of a “Cars” page):
Cars
– Overview of Cars
– Sports Cars
