  • Have you checked the Product Image Sizes to make sure they have not been changed? You could also rebuild the thumbnails once those are changed.

The images are new, recently uploaded. The site was already built and products uploaded when I started working on it, so no clue if the original developer had the same issue or not. I compared the image sizes to those of other products and they are smaller in dimension than the others.

You could check to make sure that the Product Image Sizes under Woocommerce->Settings to make sure the new images are the same size as the old ones. If they are not you can rebuild the thumbnails using the plugin here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/

What are the dimensions in WooCommerce->Settings?

They’re various sizes, but smaller than the others. Another thing to mention, I installed the SimpleViewer plug in for another page. The previous developer used Simple Viewer, but not the plugin version. I’m wondering if that could be the cause of the sizing problem.

So if you have installed the plugin and then noticed the issue, you can disable the plugin and see if the issue is still happening. If it is not, you’ll know that you’re having a conflict with the plugin.

I tried deactivating the WP-Simple Viewer and reloaded the image on one of the product pages, but it is still coming up too large. Next step would be to deactivate it and create a new product page to see if that allows the image to be correct.
