Mails to customers wrong language

Hi,

my language setting in Woocommerce is set to German. However, all emails the customer receives from Stripe are sent in English. I have set all settings in German in my Stripe account, but the mails to the customer are still sent in English. The information to me that a payment has been received is in German. The problem only affects the mails to the customer.

I also run a second shop on this Stripe account that was not made with Woocommerce. In this shop, the emails to the customer are sent correctly in German. So it should have something to do with the plugin.

Maybe someone has some advice for me.

Thanks for message / explanation here. Just to clarify at first are these emails being sent by Stripe themselves or would it be coming from WooCommerce? Do you have a screenshot of the email you’re seeing that’s still in English?

Also, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

That is an email from Stripe, it’s not configured in WooCommerce.
