Mailpoet signup does not work

Hi!
The mailpoet signup feature worked nice until last Friday. Now it stopped working suddenly and when I go to editing the form and try to generate Mailpoet signup field it shows no parameters but the header “Mailpoet Signup”.
How can I fix it?
