    MailPoet and MailPoet Premium updates often fail, requiring me to FTP to my site, delete one or the other, and reinstall. The problem occurs on several of my hosted websites, each using a different theme. I don’t have this problem with other plugins on any of my websites. Can anyone shed some light on what might be going on here and how I might address it?

    Oh, that’s really odd indeed. Do you have any details or error logs for the update fail?

    Could you contact your hosting company and see if they can shed any light on this issue?
