    On what pages of your site did you add it?

    I tried to open https://giocone.com/ but it gives me an error:

    giocone.com redirected you too many times.

    The site is loading for me now, can you please tell me which of the pages on your site you added the popup to, so we can look at what might be causing this?

    I put in all pages. Only the option with the shortcode works. it’s the theme that creates the problem but I’ve been contacting their support for a month…

    Glad to hear you’ve narrowed it down to the theme.

    We aren’t able to help with a theme that doesn’t call the correct hooks for widget ares or similar, unfortunately.

    Were they able to help you get this sorted?
