Mailpoet account not found

I have been using mailpoet for several months. I was researching a topic of how to whitelist the mailpoet sending service since I’ve moved to Cloudflare so I wanted to sign in to see the information in my mailpoet account. Here’s where the issue lies. I tried to log in and it said I did not have an account. I tried the reset password link even though I know I have the correct password and the system said I don’t have an account. That’s impossible. I have mailpoet set up and functioning with the free account. I have an activation key.

I did create a new plan but logged out since I know I just created a duplicate account.

How do I get access to my original support. I will send you my activation key if you need that. Please help.
