Hi @echappee06,
In certain circumstances, if MailPoet detects problems with itself, it may be automatically disabled by itself and you won’t see it on your WordPress dashboard.
To help you investigate what’s happened, I suggest you enable the debug mode on your website and check the logs to see detailed error messages when it happens.
Hi,
Thanks a lot for your help !
I enabled the error log file and found this :

Is it a compatibility issue with SecuPress ?
Hi there @echappee06,
It looks like SecuPress Pro interferes here indeed.
Since this plugin wasn’t developed by us, can you please reach out to their support team to get more details on why this is happening?
They can be reached here: https://secupress.me/support/
Cheers!
Hi there @echappee06,
We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
