• hi, i have the MailChimp Newsletter sign up widget running on my site. it works fine in my blog sidebar BUT doesn’t work in my FOOTER…you can’t see as you’re typing….and the styling (colours) don’t work either…help?

    There’s a skin.css file with this:

    #footer input, #footer textarea, #footer .text_input, #footer .textarea {
    	color:  #ffffff;
    }

    If you can find where that is, try changing the colour from ffffff to 333

    As its a paid theme, I can’t look at the code, so you may have to get support from the theme author to edit that if it isn’t obvious.

    We had a peek at the signup form, but it appeared to submit correctly. We did notice the error at the top of the page, but that can be cleared up as per this thread:

    As far as the color of the font, it looks like cubecolour might have hit the nail on the head, there. 🙂
