MailChimp – return contact mailing address

    Hi

    I am using MailChimp plugin on a website for wordpress. The subscribe form works but on the acceptance email when testing my clients home address shows up im the email response. How can I change that? The address in the wordpress site and MailChimp login is her business address. However through this plugin it is showing up differently.

    Thanks for posting. While this isn’t necessary a plugin-specific question, I’d be happy to help!

    This article from the MailChimp kb walks through how to change the address that shows up in forms (from the list’s settings):

    You’ll specifically want to use the directions in the “edit contact details for the list” section. If you’re still not seeing that address update, the best bet would be to reach out to the MailChimp Support Team for further assistance! (They can be reached by using the email or chat buttons on the right-side of the kb article’s page.)
