MailChimp PopUp – Already Subscribed Message

    Hi there,

    I recently downloaded the Mailchimp plugin to use as a pop up for newsletter subscriptions – I love the way it looks so thank you, and it seems to be working (although clearing my history each time I want to preview it is a bit of a pain) … However when I have tested it using an email address that hasn’t been subscribed a message tells me that the email address is already subscribed.

    Hi Edwinaelizabeth,

    That shouldn’t have happened, the message is shown on criteria based on what response it receives from MailChimp. Please let us know if it happens each time you enter a new address.

    About clearing history, to preview the lightbox again, your ‘Reappear after’ option might be enabled under Lightbox tab.
