MailChimp Issue

Aah, I was so excited to give Natalie’s PopUpAlly a try. I got it formatted to look so great on my site. And, it looked like it accepted the html embed code from Mail Chimp, but like so many other support questions here on the board, nothing appeared in the name and email drop-down hover boxes. So disappointing! I would upgrade to PRO because it’s such an exceptional plugin with so many features, but what guarantees would I have that the PRO version would work? I am married to my other plugins, so I wouldn’t elimiate any of them. In fact, I “bulk disabled” every single one, except PopUpAlly, and it still didn’t work. Any help of insight would be appreciated. The pop up looks great, but the form does not work.
