Mail Will not Send

    My mail from WordPress works fine until I install my preferred Mail Server.

    I am running of Redhat/Fedora platforms and the problem is consistent on both.

    Axigen requires that sendmail be deactivated in order to function, there fore I assume (I know) that WordPress is trying to use sendmail.

    Is there anyway to change this?

    Hi,

    It may be possible that your hosting service provider has disabled PHPMail() function. Hence, you can not send the email. Have a check with this plugin;

    Thanks for the tip Shane, problem is that I am self hosted. Something had to turn of the PHPMail() function that I do not know about.

    I have loaded the wp-email plug-in and will try that. Next I am headed over to Axigen if that does not work.
